Natural Rhodochrosite Slab #11 – Pink Banded Patterns, Orb Formations & Matrix

This natural rhodochrosite slab features a beautiful mix of soft blush, salmon, rose-pink, cream, gray, and earthy matrix tones. Across the polished faces are distinctive layers of fine banding along with rounded orb and bullseye-like formations that give the specimen plenty of character. Dark mineral inclusions provide additional contrast against the pink rhodochrosite.

One of the most striking features of this particular slab is its translucency. When held in front of a strong light, portions of the pink rhodochrosite glow with vivid reddish-pink and coral tones, revealing areas of the stone that transmit light. Both sides offer different patterns, making this an interesting specimen for display, collecting, photography, or lapidary appreciation.
