We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

For orders under $500, shipping is calculated at a flat rate via USPS, based on your order.

Discounts and promotional offers may be available—please refer to our Discounts and Codes page for current deals.

📦 How long will it take to receive my item?

All orders are processed and shipped from our locations in Harlem, GA or Thomson, GA.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

📅 Estimated Delivery Times

Most packages arrive within 7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including USPS delays, holidays, or severe weather conditions. Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are unable to guarantee shipping speeds or prevent delays.

For larger or heavier orders, items may be split into multiple packages to ensure safe and secure delivery. If your order ships in more than one box, tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused, unaltered, and undamaged

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require photo evidence of the item and packaging to assist with resolving the issue. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


How to Start a Return

Please contact us through our website or official contact method to request return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping


Shipping & Liability

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, but we will always do our best to assist if issues arise.


Order Review & Risk Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, all orders are subject to review.

Orders identified as high-risk (including but not limited to fraud concerns or payment verification issues) may be canceled at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
