Shipping Policies

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping to Canada may be available upon request. If you are located in Canada, please contact us with the items you’re interested in along with your shipping address, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $500.

For orders under $500, shipping is calculated at a flat rate via USPS, based on your order.

Discounts and promotional offers may be available—please refer to our Discounts and Codes page for current deals.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our locations in Harlem, GA or Thomson, GA.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Most packages arrive within 7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including USPS delays, holidays, or severe weather conditions. Once a package has been handed over to USPS, we are unable to guarantee shipping speeds or prevent delays.

Shipping Details

For larger or heavier orders, items may be split into multiple packages to ensure safe and secure delivery. If your order ships in more than one box, tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All shipments are insured. To process a claim, we require clear photo evidence of any damage or issues.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Altered or modified items are not eligible for return

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Additional Information

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday will ship the following business day

  • We are closed on weekends and major holidays
