Shipping & Pickup Policy

Where do we ship?
We ship only to the United States at this time.
Shipping to Canada is available on request. Please email me the items you are wanting and address and we can go from there. We are not responsible for custom duties, they are to be paid by the buyer. 

What are the shipping charges?
All domestic order ship free if you spend over $150 in the USA, please refer to this page for discount codes Discounts and Codes . We decided to offer these as codes since there was an issue for automatic.  All other items ship a flat rate through USPS depending on your order. 

What is the Handling time frame?
All orders are shipped from our site in Harlem Ga or Thomson Ga. They will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days.

Average Shipping Time
Most packages arrive within 7 business days once shipped. Please allow for certain instances where there may be a delay through USPS. (Holidays, Natural Disasters & other things that are out of our control).

Once a package is turned over to the USPS, we have no control on shipping speed or delays. 

Please report damaged, missing or defective within 48 hours. All items are insured. Please show proof of damaged or broken items. 

You may return any item within 30 days for a refund minus shipping. Please return the same method as received in original packaging. Altered items cannot be returned.

Local Pickup is available to those who would prefer picking their items up, it is free to do so. Processing time 2 days. Just pay for your items online and bring a copy of your order with you.

We are closed during the weekends and Holidays, shipping is Monday thru Friday. Items paid for after 12 noon on Friday ship the following Monday.
