Petoskey Stone

Petoskey Stone is a fossilized coral formed during the Devonian period over 350 million years ago. Discovered in northern Michigan, it is characterized by a unique hexagonal pattern with a honeycomb-like appearance. It's the official state stone of Michigan and a popular collector's item.
